sophiemccoy

Our research on long-term changes in mussel shell thickness in relation to declining pH at Tatoosh Island has been featured in this month's (December 2016) National Geographic magazine! The article, 'How the parks of tomorrow will be different,' features several National Parks, including Olympic National Park and the Olympic Wilderness located just across from Tatoosh Island, which is a part of the Makah Nation.

Check it out on paper on p. 117 in the December 2016 issue or online.
