Abigail receives National Geographic and Smithsonian support for Coral Restoration Research

Abigail recently received a National Geographic Early Career Grant to conduct research and outreach on the use of 3D technology in coral restoration. She plans to begin work Summer 2018, during her Smithsonian Fellowship out of the Smithsonian Marine Institute, in Fort Pierce, FL. As a Smithsonian Fellow, Abigail will work alongside Dr. Valerie Paul to assess chemical and structural characteristics influencing larval settlement.
